Anatomy Arcade Great for Life Science

Last week my life science class had a mini-unit on the muscle and skeletal systems. This required a fair amount of memorization, so I tried to find a number of different ways to review the various muscles and bones in the human body. One of my favorites was the Anatomy Arcade. Each day, I would have one group of students play the “whack-a-bone” or “poke-a-muscle” game while I worked on another review activity (stretching, placing labels on a skeleton, or reviewing the issuu below) with the rest of the class.
